			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever wanted to add cool effects to your photos, or just make them look artistic? But you never had the expensive programs like Photoshop, or know how to do so? </p>
<p>Problem Solved! There is this really cool FREE site out there that lets you turn your photos into cool artwork, or even just place them in awesome scenery. </p>
<p>No downloading required! It does it all on the website.</p>
<p>Even better! they are watermark free afterwards! The service only takes seconds for each effect, which varies, but usually has almost an instant output. </p>
<p>You can put your face on Angelina Jolie’s t-shirt! or alongside the Presidents on Mount Rushmore, on magazine covers, billboards, and even on a drawling paper while an artist is drawling you! So much more! </p>
<p><strong>Here are some of the effects which I really like:      <br /></strong>    <br /><a href="http://www.public-domain-photos.com/people/beautiful-face-1.htm" target="_blank"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; margin-left: 0px; border-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="beautiful-face" border="0" alt="beautiful-face" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/beautifulface1.jpg" width="277" height="209" /></a>    <br />I’ll be using this picture which i got for free from <a title="http://www.public-domain-photos.com" href="http://www.public-domain-photos.com">http://www.public-domain-photos.com</a></p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p><strong>Favorite effect 1: Fire!</strong>     <br /><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="photofuniafire" border="0" alt="photofuniafire" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/photofuniafire.jpg" width="376" height="504" />     <br />There is also a version which is animated, but i personally like the the static version better.     </p>
<p><strong>Favorite effect 2: Pastel!      <br /><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="photofuniapastel" border="0" alt="photofuniapastel" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/photofuniapastel.jpg" width="491" height="704" /></strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Favorite effect 3: BillBoard!</strong>&#160; <br /><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="photofuniabillboard" border="0" alt="photofuniabillboard" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/photofuniabillboard.jpg" width="604" height="604" /></p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p><strong>Favorite effect 4: Anglina Jolie (heck yes!)</strong></p>
<p><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="photofuniaangie" border="0" alt="photofuniaangie" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/photofuniaangie.jpg" width="484" height="604" /></p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p>Those were just a few effects that you can do, but there are VERY many more, which you might even think are cooler! <br />&#160; </p>
</p>
</p>
<p>So head on over to <a title="http://www.photofunia.com" href="http://www.photofunia.com">http://www.photofunia.com</a> and start having some fun! </p>
<p>Hopefully they’ll create even more effects in the future. Enjoy <img src='http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know there are tons of free email services out there, and all provide a HUGE amount of space now thanks to GMail, but most are the same, dull, boring, and lack features. <br /> Also with many of them its almost impossible to get a decent email address (you have to get your name along with numbers, or whatever else isn&#8217;t taken already). Due to GMX being fairy new, its super easy to get a short attractive email address!&#160; For example for BigFreeSite i was able to grab <script language=javascript>
<!--
var username = "bfs";
var hostname = "gmx.com";
var linktext = username + "@" + hostname;
document.write("<a href=" + "mail" + "to:" + username +
"@" + hostname + ">" + linktext + "</a>")
//-->
</script> <br /> Even many of the &quot;free email providers&quot; out there limit what you can do, and put all the needed features in some premium subscription that you must pay yearly for (Yahoo! for one). GMX is not like that, as far as I can see its completely free! </p>
<p> Some of the main features of the service are:</p>
<ul>
<li>5 GB e-mail storage and attachments up to 50 MB </li>
<li>POP3 and IMAP access </li>
<li>2 GB Extra For File Storage </li>
</ul>
<p>And more!</p>
<p>GMX has the most attractive Web Interface that I have ever seen on any web based email provider. It&#8217;s simply stunning, and the extra themes you can choose from are even better!    <br /> <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_12760307360781.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX Themes" border="0" alt="GMX Themes" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_1276030736078_thumb1.png" width="475" height="332" /></a></p>
<p>Once you sign up and login, you will be amazed by how beautiful the web UI is. They sort all the windows, emails, everything by tabs. So when you log in you will see two tabs: GMX Home, and Inbox. </p>
<p> The home tab basically is like a wall, which you can put widgets on, that can basically get you up-to-date with news, facebook wall posts, game scores, anything really! They also have some fun games that you can put on your wall. <br /> Right now I only have the facebook widget enabled. <br /> <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_12760307016322.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX Home" border="0" alt="GMX Home" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_1276030701632_thumb2.png" width="494" height="261" /></a>&#160; <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_12760307534192.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="Choose Widgets" border="0" alt="Choose Widgets" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/GMXHome_1276030753419_thumb2.png" width="490" height="352" /></a> <br /> So basically you can have a dashboard of little widgets that help you get started and perform all of your daily tasks. Which is pretty neat. I haven&#8217;t messed with it all too much though. </p>
<p> The email views are pretty much standard. Nothing special here. Same as you’ll get on hotmail, yahoo!, etc. <br /> You can have the email previews show up on the bottom, or to the right in its own panel column. <br /> <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Inbox09_12760319084601.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX Inbox" border="0" alt="GMX Inbox" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Inbox09_1276031908460_thumb1.png" width="474" height="251" /></a> </p>
<p> Also soon after you login, a feature they offer called “Mail Collector” will pop up. Basically this feature allows you to sign into all your other email accounts (has a huge list of service providers that you can choose from), and basically it’ll check all those accounts for you, and import them into your GMX folder. Many other email providers have a similar feature, and I&#8217;ve personally have never wanted or needed to use, so i haven&#8217;t tested it. I’m sure it works great, and will benefit many users. <br /> <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Inbox09_12760320942921.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX Mail collector" border="0" alt="GMX Mail collector" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Inbox09_1276032094292_thumb1.png" width="462" height="334" /></a></p>
<p>One of the features that I’ve been playing around with, and really liking is their Organizer. It’s basically a Calendar, and i know many services especially Gmail and Windows Live Hotmail provide this, but to be honest, GMX has the most beautiful UI that I have ever seen like i said, and their Organizer is no exception. </p>
<p> Some of the basic features of the Organizer are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create events with a single mouse-click </li>
<li>Move events via Drag &amp; Drop </li>
<li>Invite guests to events via email <br /> (Outlook compatibility) </li>
<li>Centrally maintain task lists </li>
<li>Set up automatic reminder function <br /> for important tasks and events </li>
</ul>
<p><a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/OrganizerGMX.COMjoshxgmx.com_12760308758951.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX Organizer" border="0" alt="GMX Organizer" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/OrganizerGMX.COMjoshxgmx.com_1276030875895_thumb1.png" width="494" height="369" /></a></p>
<p>They have an awesome feature called “File Storage”. Basically you get an EXTRA 2GB! Just for this, which you can use as a free online file backup. You can pretty much upload whatever you want or need to backup and retrieve whenever. Also you can set up guest access where you can upload files, and share them with whomever you allow access. <br /> <a href="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/FileStorage_12760308564581.png" rel="lightbox[34]"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="GMX File Storage" border="0" alt="GMX File Storage" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/FileStorage_1276030856458_thumb1.png" width="489" height="368" /></a> </p>
<p> The service also provides free POP3 Access and IMAP. <br /> I have been using their IMAP service with <a href="http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail">Windows Live Mail</a> (free email desktop client from Microsoft) for the past months, without a single hiccup. I sometimes wish that i didn’t enjoy the convenience of using a desktop email client, because as i said, their Web UI is so beautiful. </p>
<p> There are many more features that you simply just have to check out for yourself. <br /> I don’t think you’ll be dissatisfied with the service at all, especially since you can finally get a decent short email address. I actually got two accounts, one for this site, which is <script language=javascript>
<!--
var username = "bfs";
var hostname = "gmx.com";
var linktext = username + "@" + hostname;
document.write("<a href=" + "mail" + "to:" + username +
"@" + hostname + ">" + linktext + "</a>")
//-->
</script>, and one for my personal site which is <script language=javascript>
<!--
var username = "joshx";
var hostname = "gmx.com";
var linktext = username + "@" + hostname;
document.write("<a href=" + "mail" + "to:" + username +
"@" + hostname + ">" + linktext + "</a>")
//-->
</script>, both super short, and easy to remember. </p>
<p> Head on over the <a href="http://www.gmx.com">GMX.com</a>, and check out the service! You’ll be happy!    <br /> <a title="http://gmx.com/registration.html" href="http://gmx.com/registration.html">http://gmx.com/registration.html</a></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am going to categorize this “kinda free” because even though you do not have to pay any real money, you do have to contribute to their community for the hosting, which actually bad at all. Please read my little review here, and you’ll find out why. </p>
<p>About 6 years I was looking for free webhosting. I’ve used many of the free major ones, but they all spammed the sites with ads, and really didn’t provide much when it comes to space, and bandwidth. Also very few support PHP and other advanced web site technologies. </p>
<p>I then heard about <a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com">LifeLessPeople</a>. Free, well PayByPost professional hosting. Now when i say “PayByPost”, i mean you sign up on their <a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/index.php">forum</a> and then post to earn points, and that pays for the hosting. And it’s Ad Free! </p>
<p>You also get a cPanel account, which if anyone has had hosting before, is the best control panel software for any hosting. </p>
<p>They call the points “PBPP”, and&#160; you get a certain amount of points per post/reply depending on how much you write and contribute. if you feel like talking, it’s very EASY to earn alot of points. I was able to easily earn enough points a month to get the biggest hosting plan. </p>
<p><strong>YOU WILL NEVER BE ASKED TO PAY FOR HOSTING, NOR OFFERED PAID HOSTING</strong>. – LifeLessPeople does not offer any other hosting packages that cost money. What’s listed on the site is what they offer, which none of it is in exchange for money. </p>
<p>There have been times when we (the community there) begged to pay for the hosting with cash so we didn’t have to post much, and they always refused, Which wasnt a problem because they then worked with us so our sites didn’t get shut off when we weren’t able to post much. </p>
<p>I know it sounds weird at first, and there have been other web hosts that claim to offer this, but LifeLessPeople was the first to do this, and it actually works. </p>
<p>To prove that I actually use <a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/">LifeLessPeople</a> hosting, here is my own account on their forums: <br /><a title="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=4253" href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=4253">http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=4253</a></p>
<p>Right now I do not use the hosting. Mainly because i had to work ALOT and didn&#8217;t have much time to post on the forum, but i am planning on returning some of my sites to <a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/">LifeLessPeople</a> soon. </p>
<p>Now the hosting itself is awesome! <br />I actually struggled with many of my own personal sites when I moved my sites from lifelesspeople and bought hosting else where. Mainly because the “Paid Hosts” had older technology, and my sites just didn&#8217;t work properly on them. I had to downgrade many of the php scripts that i used, and and had to export MYSQL databases in a older format. Which sucked. </p>
<p>LifeLessPeople are not shy at all about how much space and bandwidth you get. As you can see by viewing the plan page: <br /><a title="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/hosting/" href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/hosting/">http://www.lifelesspeople.com/hosting/</a> <br />The smallest plan provides you with 500mb of server space, and 10GB of data transfer, which isn&#8217;t bad at all. You need 400PBPP a month to pay for that plan which is very easy to gain.</p>
<p>If you are interested, you can head on over to the forums there and sign up <br /><a title="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=register" href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=register">http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/profile.php?mode=register</a> </p>
<p>Now please don&#8217;t get discouraged. There is a minimum PBPP requirement for requesting hosting. I do believe this is a spam account measure. <br />So you’ll need to post some to earn enough points required for the hosting plan that you want,&#160; As soon as you earn the points you can <a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com/forum/hosting.php">request for hosting</a>, and its usually set up within hours, and you’ll recieve your cPanel info, username, and password.&#160; </p>
<p>And if you do not have your own domain, you can get a free subdomain! </p>
<p>Also, if you get busy with life and are unable to post much for the month, you can contact the staff there, and they’ll work with you. </p>
<p>The owner and creators name is Trel, and he’s a really nice, and cool guy. <br />My hosting on there has actually just recently been terminated, after almost a year of me not posting much, and certainly not earning the points. <br />Now this doesn’t mean they’ll just let you have the hosting without helping out in the community, but it just means it’s a cool community, and they’ll help you out, and understand. </p>
<p>If you do not earn enough points for the month, you will get negative PBPP. I believe the rules are if you go two months without getting the needed points, you account will be suspended, but as i stated, this rarely happens as long as you keep contract with them, and not abuse it. </p>
<p>As you can see here, i am way in the negatives:     <br /><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="l2pprofile" border="0" alt="l2pprofile" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/l2pprofile.jpg" width="265" height="269" />     <br />And i do not have enough points to request for hosting:     <br /><img style="border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" title="l2pplans" border="0" alt="l2pplans" src="http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/l2pplans.jpg" width="404" height="162" />&#160; </p>
<p>Sounds like I&#8217;m in a mess if i want hosting there again, but honestly I’m not. As I said, Trel is a really nice guy. He’ll reset my PBPP upon request, and I&#8217;ll easily be able to gain the points needed, and get hosting again. </p>
<p>Actually I plan on doing that here soon. <br />So i’ll update this article with more info when i have access to a cpanel account, and such. </p>
<p>For the meantime, if you do need hosting, and not cheap lame hosting, Consider LifeLessPeople hosting. It’s all 100% professional, and no one on that site will EVER try to get you to sign up for anything extra, and never will you ever be offered or asked to pay for hosting. It’s all free, and has been that way for the past 6 years that I&#8217;ve known them. </p>
<p><a href="http://www.lifelesspeople.com">http://www.lifelesspeople.com</a>     </p>
<p>More to come.    </p>
<p><strong><font color="#ff0000">Edit:</font><br /> May 27 2010 – 2:47pm</strong> <br />I PMed Trel on the LifelessPeople forums yesterday, and asked him to reset my points, within a few hours I was back to zero <img src='http://www.bigfreesite.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> .&#160; Like i said, super nice people, and great community!</p>
